Your time is valuable. As such, we try to keep your appointment - and your treatment - at Caswell Orthodontics as efficient as possible.
At your free consultation, we will need to take diagnostic records, such as x-rays and photos, so Dr. Caswell can create your custom treatment plan. To allow ample time for these records and any questions you might have, we create a 1 hour window for your consultation.
During your consultation, we will go over your treatment and payment options in detail. Please ask any additional questions that you may have so you can feel comfortable in your decision with our orthodontic practice.
One of the biggest questions our patients have about orthodontic treatment is the cost. We will outline the exact treatment costs for you during your first visit, as well as our flexible payment plans available. This will give you a better understanding of your financial commitment.
If you have orthodontic insurance, please bring your insurance card to your first appointment. This will help us estimate the personal costs associated with your custom treatment. Whatever the case or the cost, we will help you find the best way to fit a straight smile into your budget.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We know unforeseen events can sometimes arise, but we request to be given at least 24 hours’ notice when possible if you need to cancel your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
